Deutz Extra Brut, France

Like the Brut Classic from the house of Deutz, the Extra Brut is also a balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. However, it is aged one additional year on the yeast at only a very low dose, which gives it an especially clear, fresh and slightly mineral note. Then there are the fine aromas of white peach, pear, quince and blossoms as well as an ample finish. A Champagne of rare finesse.
