Herbal spice, subtle mango and fresh apple nuances as well as a hint of grapefruit zest combine in the nose. DER Sauvignon Blanc Brut sparkling wine is sharp on the palate, with notes of cassis, while the finish is surprising, with lively acidity and slightly salty grapefruit.
