This premium gin is distilled slowly and carefully by hand using an elaborate process to give it its typically mellow character. In addition to twelve Irish and Asian botanicals, including Gunpowder green tea, it contains a very special botanical: the Sardinian lemon "pompìa". This highly aromatic rarity enriches the citric-herbal flavour of the classic Drumshanoo gin with its additional tangy nuance and a Mediterranean note.
