The historic Cabrières area is located in the heart of the Languedoc region in the south of France. The slate soil and a complex network of natural ground water sources that supply the vineyards create a terroir for an exceptional wine. The nose of this light-coloured rosé has aromas of apricot, white peach, roses and green pepper. On the palate, the notes of fruit, flowers and spices continue developing, culminating in a mild finish with hints of tobacco. An impressive work of art that blends lightness, viscosity and aroma, tension and elegance.
