The name Source of Joy refers to the myth of the fountain of youth and emphasises the return to nature. The opulent shape of the bottle is a reflection of the full-bodied elegance that the wine brings to the palate. This Languedoc comes from organically farmed vineyards with slate soil and lime soil, which have been prized for their excellent rosés since the time of King Louis XIV. Source of Joy has a light pink colour and a fruity nose. On the palate, strawberry and cherry aromas are revealed, along with delicate hints of liquorice and an astonishing freshness. Red berry notes remain in the lively finish.
