Every Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage is unique: it represents the exceptional quality of the grapes of a vintage and the style of the house. The spicy bouquet of this 2015 champagne initially reveals aromas of dark berries. Then notes of fig and wild strawberry combine with the spice of pink pepper and allspice. A concentrated, dark fruit flavour follows on the palate; tannins provide contour and richness. The finish is characterised by pleasantly tart notes of sloe and cranberries, with fresh accents of mint and aniseed.
