The Champagne house Philippe Gonet is run by the seventh generation of the family. The legendary terroir of the Le Mesnil sur Oger region gives the wine from this house its distinct mineral character. The TER Blanc Extra-Brut is an exceptionally sharp, clear-cut Champagne made from Chardonnay grapes. In the glass it appears delicately yellow with hints of green; the bouquet is elegant with notes of fresh nuts, vanilla, grapefruit and lime. On the palate, the classic, lively Chardonnay freshness develops softly at first before finishing with aromas of white flowers and hints of salt.
