The Champagne house Philippe Gonet is run by the seventh generation of the family. The legendary terroir of the Le Mesnil sur Oger region gives the wine from this house its distinct mineral character. The TER Noir Extra-Brut is a soft, well-rounded, complex Cuvée. In the glass, this Champagne is a delicate shade of yellow with a fine perlage; on the nose it has aromas of white fruits and notes of almonds, roasted almonds and dried apricots. Smooth on the palate, it develops an additional peach aroma while hints of raspberry dominate the long, fresh finish.
