This sophisticated trio from Schloss Vaux represents the best of German sparkling wine. The Rheingau Riesling Réserve Brut 2017 is complex and expressive: it combines herbal, roasted and ripe fruit notes to create an intensely flavourful taste experience. The fruity Blanc de Blancs Réserve Brut 2018 has beautiful aromas of ripe apricots, hints of toasted wood and cool spice, together with a creamy, sparkling finish. The Rosé Réserve Brut 2018 is matured for at least 36 months. In the glass, it's a very delicate pink colour, with berries and brioche in the nose, followed by sparkling fruit on the palate.
