The Sentinel Scented Organic Rum, 0.5 l, 41% ABV, Germany

A rum full of complex aromas, matured using "acoustic ageing", which involves treating the young distillate from Paraguay with oxygen, heat and ultrasound to give it the taste of various barrel woods. The result is an intensive maturation process that produces full-bodied notes of vanilla, caramel and fruit. But that's not all: every bottle of The Sentinel comes with a Cocktail Scent - a small spray bottle with a fragrance that complements the rum. Spray once or twice into the glass to create a completely new smell - and taste - experience.
