The compact Technogym MyRun treadmill offers the perfect mix of dampening and rebound. The running surface adapts to your running style and efficiently absorbs impact, protecting your joints even at lower speeds and offers more elastic response during sprints. With a variable incline from 0 to 12%, you can always train at the necessary intensity to achieve your goals. Because of the wake-up sensor, MyRun recognises when you step onto the treadmill, and switches on automatically. In standby mode, the treadmill also scores due to its extremely low energy consumption.
The personalised workout at home
Position your tablet* on the console and start training with the Technogym Live app. Online trainers await you to guide you through the exercises and motivate you, there are training routes across the entire world, real-time biofeedback and Technogym music playlists. During training, the CPR (Constant Pulse Rate) system measures your heart rate and automatically adjusts speed and incline for a safe and efficient workout. A particular highlight is the fact that with MyRun and the associated apps** you can authentically reproduce the speed and incline of your favourite outdoor activities. Follow the routes you've run on the map and beat your own records.
