The Williams from the Ziegler distillery is a real classic among fruit brandies. However, the good old Williams pear used here only develops its typical, much-loved flavour at the end of the distillation process - true to the motto "living on the edge". And to ensure that the flavour is perfect, the Ziegler distillery has spent decades refining and exploring the process. You can definitely taste the results - with the expressive, fruity flavour of the elegant, fully ripe pear, rounded off by an aromatic sweetness on the tongue.
